The Delta Delta Delta house was built in 1984 and is located at 1503 Olympia Way
in College Station.
The Tri Delta House houses 48 girls, including eight officers. Among the many
rooms of the house are: the chapter room, dining room, TV room (where everyone
can hang out and watch TV), office, mini kitchen, guest “pansy” room, and an
apartment for our house parents. Each of the two floors has one bathroom that
all of the girls share, which makes getting dressed in the morning and getting
ready for bed at night lots of fun!
Our house parents, Mama Kay and Daddy Bert are from Ft. Worth, TX and have been
here for twelve years. They do a wonderful job of taking care of us! The first
year they arrived, Mama Kay re-decorated the interior and exterior of the house,
making it even more beautiful than it already was. They make sure that everything
at the Tri Delta house is running smoothly and that all of the girls know that they are loved!
At the house, there are three meals a day Monday through Thursday with breakfast
& lunch only served on Fridays. On the weekends there are always snacks in
our “mini kitchen,” where the girls can go to relax and grab a soda, eat a
quick meal, or do their laundry.
Living in the Tri Delta House is a wonderful, unique experience for all of the
girls that live here. It is a place full of love, laughter, and lots of Tri
Delta memories!
